Journey to Joy #2 the second piece from the ‘Journey to Joy’ collection. 

This collection is concerned with uncovering and exploring the inner parts of the self, enjoying new discoveries, ‘casting off the transient and revealing the true’. Inspired by both emotional and physical transitions as well as the Lotus Sutra, one of the most influential Buddhist texts.

Playing with different shades and textures in green and gold, this work is akin to a map, where getting lost is part of the journey. The bright and metallic hues intertwine, depicting possibility and resolution.
